This retrofit integrated high-efficiency chillers with Thermal Energy and Ice Storage to smooth peak-load demand and enhance system flexibility. By optimizing the chilled-water loop and electrical intake, we achieved a 12 % reduction in energy consumption while maintaining uninterrupted service to the Kuala Lumpur City Centre towers.

Project: One Bangkok Development District Cooling System

We designed a district cooling network for One Bangkok that incorporates Thermal Energy Storage and multiple energy-transfer stations linked by an external chilled-water loop. Two 69 kV feeders supply the system, achieving reliable, distributed cooling across mixed-use zones with enhanced energy efficiency.

Project: UTP Gas District Cooling Plant

At University Technology Petronas, we executed a three-phase upgrade of the gas-fired district cooling plant, adding staged Thermal Energy Storage to smooth campus demand peaks.
