We delivered the complete M&E design for the 300 MW plant, integrating sea-water intake, cooling circuits and power distribution to maximize thermal efficiency. Our team managed the electrical systems, instrumentation and control integration to ensure seamless commissioning and peak performance.


Project: Hijau Gasoil HDS-2 Electrical Substation
(SH-68 substation for Shell Refining Co., Port Dickson)
We engineered the turnkey 33 kV substation, specifying switchgear, transformer protection and SCADA integration to support the refinery’s hydro-desulfurization units. Rigorous testing and FAT protocols guaranteed reliability under heavy-duty process loads.


Project: TNB 33 kV PPU & SSU
(power plant intake and consumer substations for KLCC District Cooling Centre & adjacent development)
Our scope covered the design and installation of primary power intake units (PPU) and consumer substations (SSU), coordinating with TNB to secure multiple feed points. We optimized cable routing and protective relay schemes to maintain uninterrupted cooling plant operation.


Project: UTP SSU Substations
(33 kV intake and 33 kV consumer SSU at University Technology Petronas)
We provided detailed engineering for the campus’s electrical backbone, including high-voltage intake, MV switchgear layout and consumer distribution. Our BIM-driven approach ensured clash-free installation across teaching, research and residential blocks.


Project: KLIA DCS Plant Substation Works
(new 33 kV substation and cable infrastructure for KLIA Central District Cooling Plant)
We designed and managed the construction of a dedicated intake substation, integrating redundant 33 kV feeders and MV cabling to feed the airport’s cooling plant. Comprehensive commissioning ensured the plant’s high availability for 24/7 operations.
