Comprehensive M&E infrastructure design & execution for a large-scale industrial park)
Our scope covered high- and low-voltage network layouts, street lighting with intelligent controls, underground utility tunnels and drainage systems, plus mechanical services for common facilities. By supervising procurement, site installation and integrated commissioning, we handed over a turnkey utility backbone that supports immediate operations and phased growth.

Proposed mechanical & electrical infrastructure for a new industrial estate)
We developed the master M&E master-plan, detailing HV/LV power distribution, site street lighting, fire-water networks and process-utility piping. Through BIM-driven coordination and value engineering, we produced construction-ready drawings and managed the installation workflow to ensure seamless utility delivery and future expansion capacity.
